Two case studies based on my professional experiences have been published in Ethical Decision-Making: Cases in Organization and Leadership. One focuses on faculty-student relationships in higher education; the other, conflict among board members in a nonprofit organization.
The book offers a wide range of cases covering ethical leadership in both the public and private sectors. Instructors of classes on leadership (and, more specifically, those who teach ethical leadership) would no doubt find plenty of options appropriate for in-class discussion.
